We build software. Any decision to issue a token is yours and requires your own legal and regulatory advice, which we do not provide. $AGD is a reputation record inside the platform: not a payment method, not sold by Asgard Group, no monetary value.
Chain selection is a scoping decision driven by cost, finality and where your users already are — not by preference. Bring the requirement and we will recommend rather than default.
Asgard retains ownership and grants your firm a licence to use it. That is our standard model and it is stated plainly in the contract before you sign.
